Each session in this series will explore unique facets of soul awareness, supported by variations in class elements, including lei materials.  With the cumulative practice  of 5 weeks in a row, you have the opportunity to most easily embody the experiences of elevated perception. You may also choose to participate in one or more selected sessions.

I have long felt called to the sacred side of life, finding its fragrance in the simple ways of being that embody the most elevated virtues.  I have cultivated deep presence finding it personally stabilizing and a catalyst for those who engage my supportive participation on their journeys of exploration and healing.  Since making my home on Kaua’i in 2001, I have answered the call to immerse myself in many sacred ways of Hawai`ian culture including hula, `olelo Hawai’i, and la’au lapa’au.  During the past two years, I have been further delighted by the exponential growth of my natural happiness and the close relationship that has emerged with Supreme Soul through Raja Yoga Meditation.

This rational meditation course is based on the ancient Raja Yoga knowledge.   The theoretical discussions will be shared from this knowledge. The class experiences practicing Raja Yoga meditation will be similar to the guided visualizations on these videos.
